1. Agreement to terms
By downloading, installing, or using Beer Bank — distributed on the Apple App Store as "Beer Bank: Calorie Ledger" — (collectively "Beer Bank" or "the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Beer Bank is published by Livlye ("we", "us").
2. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Beer Bank on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
Important — about alcohol
Beer Bank estimates calorie balance for entertainment and general awareness. It does not recommend alcohol consumption and is not medical, fitness, or nutrition advice. Please drink responsibly, know your limits, and never drive impaired.
Important — calorie estimates
All calorie numbers in Beer Bank are estimates. Preset values are rounded approximations; Apple Health workout calories vary by device and activity type. Do not rely on Beer Bank for medical, dietary, or fitness decisions. Consult a qualified professional for those.
3. Age restriction
Beer Bank is intended only for individuals aged 21 or older. The app requires a one-time age confirmation before first use. If you are under 21, do not use Beer Bank.
4. User responsibilities
- Drink responsibly and within applicable laws.
- Provide honest entries when logging drinks and workouts.
- Do not rely on the app's estimates as medical or fitness advice.
- Comply with the Apple App Store's terms of use.
5. HealthKit integration
Beer Bank reads Apple Health workout data with your permission, in accordance with Apple's HealthKit guidelines and our Privacy Policy. We never write to Health, and Health data is never transmitted off your device.
6. Intellectual property
Beer Bank, including its name, design, copy, icons, and source code, is the intellectual property of Livlye. The app's bundled typefaces — Fraunces and Geist — are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.
7. Data and privacy
Beer Bank stores data locally on your device and does not transmit drink logs, workouts, or Apple Health data to any server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livlye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, including but not limited to decisions made based on calorie estimates.
9. Apple App Store terms
Beer Bank is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable App Store terms.
10. Termination
You can stop using Beer Bank at any time by deleting it from your device. We may modify or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles, and where applicable by the laws of the state in which Livlye is established.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
